COVID-19 has presented unique challenges for how students access opportunities for physical activity, including during recess. For many, these unique challenges have also presented unique opportunities to think creatively about how to ensure all students have the chance to get up and moving during recess. This webinar will feature a panelist of local school district leaders who found ways to continue offering recess during COVID-19. They will share their lessons learned and ideas for the upcoming school year. In addition, we will hear from the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention as they share guidance and considerations for ways to safely and equitably provide recess now and in the future.
